I spent many years in the Publishing and Printing industry. Years ago I was the editor of a diabetic cookbook that was published. It was with this experience that gave me the idea to publish my own cookbook. In trying many of the recipes in that book, I felt I could do better at making food taste good and still be gluten-free. I as well as some members of my family suffer from food intolerances, food allergies, and digestion issues. It is here on this blog that I am sharing my favorite recipes and products that I use most. I love good food. I highly despise man-made preservatives and chemicals. I avoid them like the plague (especially Corn Syrup, High Fructose Corn Syrup, etc). I prefer to eat natural food with no dyes, chemicals or preservatives.
